Welcome, I’m Jen
I hold sacred spaces for women who feel disconnected, burdened by old patterns, or unsure of their next steps. Through Womb Healing, Reiki & intuitive mentoring, I guide you back to the wisdom of your body – so you can release what weighs heavy, reconnect with your truth, and feel like yourself again.
I know what it feels like to carry the expectations of others, to silence your intuition, to forget who you are beneath it all. My own journey of remembering taught me this: when we return to ourselves, everything softens. Life feels lighter, clearer, and more aligned.
